Personal CARE
Personal care Of Older Persons
Providing care in a person’s own home means it can be tailored specifically to their needs, rather than offering a blanket approach that suits the majority. Our care co-ordinator will discuss your requirements before developing a Care Plan to ensure that you receive the most appropriate care.
Care Co-ordinators and Supervisors monitor each care package and communicate regularly with the carers so the package can be amended if care requirements change.
