Live-in Care
Our live-in Care can provide peace of mind, knowing that the client is well cared for by a professional and compassionate caregiver. Live-in care can also reduce the stress and burden on the family members, who can visit and spend time with the client without worrying about their care. Live-in care is a service that can make a difference in the lives of many people.
Home From Hospital Care
Coming home from hospital can be a challenge and a worry. Lilly Home Care has a service designed to help an individual have a smooth and safe discharge home from the hospital. We will work in tandem with the hospital discharge team. The package can be a 3-hour one-off package or a temporary care period while the person regains their strength and confidence.
The service can be a one-off 3-hour package that includes:
- Helping to pack up in the hospital
- Arranging transport home
- Assistance with unpacking and settling back into home
- Shopping for basic supplies, e.g. bread, milk etc.
- Preparing a sandwich or a meal
- Changing bed sheets
Temporary Home Support During Convalescence That Could Include:
- Assistance with mobility
- Personal care, washing, dressing etc
- Meal preparation
- Home Help
- Overnight
