Lilly Home Care services can be paid for privately or with an HSE care package.

You could need care at home for a variety of reasons, such as recovering from an illness, a handicap, a hospital stay, or rehabilitation at a nursing home.

HSE funding

Your application for a homecare package will be processed by the HSE after they have completed a Care Needs Assessment. This will examine your social and health care needs as well as the amount of care you are presently receiving and any additional services you might want. After this assessment is evaluated, you will be awarded a set amount of hours per week, such as seven hours with one hour of work each day or twenty-one hours with three one-hour calls each day.

A list of authorised agencies in your area will be sent to you by the HSE, who will also inquire about your preferences. Lilly Home Care is a recognised provider of home care packages that are the best at what we do.

Private Funding

We offer our services on a private basis.

Simply give us a call at 353 894721393.

or send us an email at info@lillyhomecareservices.ie, and we would be pleased to talk about your needs & our rates.

You are entitled to tax relief on the cost of care provided if you hire a caregiver for yourself or a

family member. (A spouse, civil partner, child, or relative, including a relation through marriage or

civil partnership, is considered a family member.) It’s crucial to remember that hiring a carer who

solely handles housekeeping tasks will not qualify you for tax bene/ts.

In 2017, the maximum relief available for hiring a caregiver was €75,000. You have to apply for the

relief every year. Tax assistance is available to you.
